Argos extends customer service scheme

Argos has announced it will be extending its customer feedback trial to more than 100 of its UK stores by the beginning of December.

In partnership with customer service company CFS Europe, small devices will be positioned in stores, by collection points or by the door, and will ask customers a series of questions, providing Argos with real-time customer data.

The devices will initially be positioned in 140 stores, Argos hopes to extend the service to all of its 700-plus stores in the UK and Ireland between March and September next year.
