Anti Copying in Design (ACID) has announced that its CEO, Dids Macdonald, OBE, has been honoured and admitted to the Design Week Hall of Fame.
The recognition took place at the Honourable Artillery Company in London and pays tribute to Dids for her work in championing design law reform.
Launched in 2015, The Hall of Fame recognises individuals within design who have made a significant contribution to the industry, have provided inspiration and forward-thinking, or who have simply created consistently brilliant work.
On receiving her award, Dids said: “I am hugely honoured and very proud to be invited to enter the Design Week Hall of Fame by such a talented group and amongst such august names.
“My special thanks, too, are to Design Week who consistently champion the value of design excellence and the importance of intellectual property, keeping it high on radar. Thank you so much!”
