Bespoke furniture manufacturer Armstrong Vinton Furniture has posted turnover of over £1m for a fourth consecutive year, as well as seeing profit almost trebling.

According to its latest financial results for the year ended 31 March 2016, the London-based business reported total sales of £1.4m, growing by 36.3% from its recorded revenue of £1.09m in 2015.

Gross profit followed suit and experienced an increase of 35.2% to £576,338 from £426,686, while operating profit more than doubled to £139,488, up by 148.2% from £56,458 posted last year.

The healthy performance contributed in an overall profit of £111,148; almost treble its profit of £38,285 from 2015.

Established in 2012, the firm – headed up by Matthew Armstrong and Simon Vinton, who both graduated from Birmingham City University after completing its Furniture Design degree course, offers customers a bespoke high-end furniture design, manufacturing and installation service.
