Luxury homeware business Howat & Hutchinson has revealed it has undergone a complete rebrand to cope with the growing demand for its high quality leather and cowhide products.

The rebrand is reflective of a new chapter for the business, following a period of rapid growth and increased demand from independent retailers and consumers.

As part of the rebrand and to accelerate sales further, the business has unveiled a new-look e-commerce website (, which offers visitors a heightened user experience, with easy-to-navigate products pages and quick and easy purchasing functionality.

Sallyanne Hutchinson, co-owner of Howat & Hutchinson, said: “Both Jo and myself are passionate about interiors, particularly homeware accessories, and we’ve worked hard to develop a portfolio of luxurious products, through Leather & Lavender, that are the perfect addition to any home or office environment.

“We recognised the need to offer consumers an elevated purchasing experience, so we decided to rebrand the company as a catalyst to drive the business forward over the coming months.”

Howat & Hutchinson, previously known as Leather & Lavender, has been established since 2004 and is based in Kirkbridge Mill, North Yorkshire.
