Department store chain House of Fraser has announced the appointment David Walmsley as its new chief customer officer.
David, who has over 20 years’ experience in the retail and digital space, most recently as director M&S Digital, will be responsible for House of Fraser’s customer-centric approach, providing a single vision across all of the Brand’s channels to market.
David will report to Nigel Oddy, House of Fraser chief executive officer, with a start date yet to be confirmed.
