We are currently seeking a champion of Customer Service to join our London team. This is a full-time role for a personable, dynamic candidate who is accustomed to working independently and in a team environment.
Successful candidate will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong qualities of empathy, diplomacy, and professionalism
- Experience in the furniture industry preferable
- Proficient computer skills and able to learn new systems and technical processes
- Ability to self-manage and work independently with customer service experience
