Irish department store Arnotts has confirmed a partnership to introduce John Lewis own brand Home products to its store this Autumn.

This will be the first time that John Lewis own brand Home products will be available in Ireland, launching in store on Thursday 6 October 2016.

The new range, which will form part of Arnotts existing and extensive homeware offering, will comprise a wide selection of products across a variety of areas, including furniture products, with the collection also available on Arnotts website.

Commenting on the new partnership, Donald McDonald, managing director, Arnotts, said: “We’re delighted to introduce John Lewis own brand Home products to our customers. The new range will enhance Arnotts existing position as the largest and only full line department store in Ireland. We look forward to introducing other exciting new brands to Arnotts over the coming months.”

Christine Kasoulis, Home buying director at John Lewis, added: “We’re really pleased to be debuting John Lewis own brand Home and lifestyle products within Arnotts department store in Ireland. This is a great opportunity to bring the John Lewis Home assortment to our existing customer base in Ireland as well as new customers who are looking for great quality and inspiring products for their home.”

The move is the first major deal since the Selfridges Group acquired Arnotts, which is based in Dublin and has been established since 1843, in November 2015.
