The Furniture Ombudsman (TFO) has announced that HSL Chairs has joined the organisation.
Family run business HSL Chairs, which has been established since 1968, will now be able to offer its customers the expertise of The Furniture Ombudsman for free, and joins a pool of around 8,000 TFO members in the UK.
All of its members pledge to abide by a Code of Practice, which bestows additional rights on the consumers who shop with them.
Kevin Grix, chief ombudsman and chief executive of The Furniture Ombudsman, said: “In today’s market, it has become crucial for businesses to reassure consumers of their responsible business practices.
“HSL Chairs reaffirms their dedication to raising industry standards and inspiring consumer confidence by joining our scheme. All of our staff and members are passionate about offering excellent service to their customers, and the more businesses join the scheme, the better looked-after consumers are.”
HSL Chairs specialises in chairs, recliners, riser recliners, sofas and adjustable beds across 58 stores nationwide.
