East Anglian-based retailer John Doe of Diss has revealed that its collaboration with Somnus has seen its turnover jump by more than 300%.

John Doe and Somnus entered into the partnership three years ago the range of beds on offer has increased from eight to 20 from the Supremacy and Zenith collections.

Stewart Walker, sales manager at John Doe, said: “Somnus perfectly fits the customer’s aims, and has seen a huge amount of popularity throughout its three years in the store. This is one reason for the store’s vast increase in turnover.”

Jason Lowdon, sales and marketing director of Somnus, said: “Since partnering with John Doe three years ago, the store’s sales have continued to go from strength-to-strength, resulting in a turnover increase of more than 300%.”

Established in 1983, John Doe of Diss, now a third generation family business, has a 40,000sq ft furniture superstore based on Sawmills Road.
