Ecommerce marketplace Notonthehighstreet has announced the appointment of Hannah Webley-Smith as its new customer director, and member of the executive team.
Hannah, who has over 10 years brand marketing experience and joins from Benefit Cosmetics, will work with the management team to ensure the customer is always at the heart of the brand, driving development of the customer experience and direct connections with small creative businesses through the site.
The appointment is the latest in a string of new hires for the retailer. To support the future growth and development of the brand, Notonthehighstreet.com recently appointed Sarah Atkins as head of brand marketing, who joins from John Lewis; Ben Irons as head of digital joining from PHD UK; and Louise Winmill as head of corporate communications and CSR from Freuds.
