Home improvement retail chain B&Q has confirmed that its Malvern store near Worcester has suffered a series of break-ins.
Thieves have targeted B&Q Malvern, on Spring Lane, twice on consecutive nights over 12-13 October where it is understood that around 18 furniture storage benches were stolen.
B&Q responded to an enquiry from Cabinet Maker, and confirmed that some theft had taken place, but couldn’t go into detail as police were currently investigating the situation.
A B&Q spokesperson said: “Our store in Malvern recently suffered a series of break-ins. We cannot comment further as these are currently being investigated by the police.”
