Independent homewares chain Flutterbyes has confirmed it plans to open a new store in Kent later this month.
The new store is set to open in the County Square shopping centre on Elwick Road in Ashford by 20 October 2016, and will become the company’s fifth store – adding to its four sites in Bromley, Bexleyheath, Lakeside and Maidstone.
Specialising in homewares and home accessories from shabby chic to urban products, the business, which is owned by Charmain Botton and Giuseppe Deblasi, first opened its store in Bromley back in July 2008.
An emailed statement from the company told Cabinet Maker: “We have chosen to open our fifth store in Ashford as it is a growing town and doesn’t have any stores like Flutterbyes. We are looking forward to bringing our unique collection of products to the shoppers of Ashford.”
