Northern Irish furniture retailer CFC Interiors has reported a third successive growth in turnover as it reaches its 40th anniversary.
According to its latest filed accounts for the year ended 29 February 2016, total sales grew by 10.7% to £6.2m from £5.6m in 2015. Operating profit and pre-tax profit both registered significant upticks by 79.3% and 90.8% to £321,904 and £292,674 respectively.
The Cookstown based business, which has two other stores in Campsie and Newtownabbey, is currently celebrating 40 years in the trade and will host its biggest ever interiors event to mark the milestone.
Furniture Show NI, which is running from 1-23 October 2016 across its stores, offers significant stock promotions as well as new product launches including Silentnight’s limited edition 70th anniversary collection.
CFC is a family run business owned by Norman Wilson and was established in 1975.
