Online upholstered furniture retailer Sofa.com has officially opened its newest store in Glasgow over the weekend, bringing its total physical portfolio to six.
The new 8,000sq ft showroom is located in the Finnieston area and is the company’s second Scottish store, with its other location based in Edinburgh, as well as confirming that the branch is its largest retail space to date.
Based in a former antiques auction house, the brand new showroom, which is headed up by Clare Dallem, is situated within the Georgian terraces of St. Vincent Crescent and features its entire range of furniture.
The latest addition to Sofa.com’s growing bricks and mortar estate follows the recent opening in Bankside, London, back in July and its other recent Islington launch, which opened earlier this year in May.
London-based Sofa.com has its flagship store in Chelsea, whilst also having a presence in Bath.
