Spring based seating manufacturer Wade Spring has revealed it has recently undergone a rebrand alongside the launch of a new website.
Long Eaton-based Wade Spring has invested a significant amount of time and effort into the new look brand and online presence – adding to other key investments including new machinery and testing facilities, factory improvements and new vehicles.
The company decided the time was right to rebrand the business and return to a ‘traditional ‘Wade’ blue’, which has been used throughout the firm’s 95-year history.
For a more ‘modern and quality feel’, a bright turquoise has been used for the Wade ‘W’ icon. This icon is used extensively throughout the branding. Though this ‘W’ alludes to the company’s biggest selling Zig Zag Spring, the logo is overall less product specific, outlining Wade’s confidence in providing all furniture spring requirements.
The rebrand, which officially launched on 15 August 2016, coincided with a fully revamped website, which now features greater detail on its full product range and new areas such as Quality and Testing, Production and Engineering.
An extra feature is the newly added ‘News’ section aimed at providing better communication with customers, suppliers and others in the furniture trade.
Commenting on the rebrand, Wade Spring’s managing director, Chris Woodcock said: “It had become apparent our old logo and website were no longer adequately representing our modern and quality driven approach to Spring manufacturing.
“As the leading UK manufacturer of Furniture Springs it was important to us the new logo and website were able the convey the company’s scale and professionalism as well as our continued focus on quality and service.”
